Introduction of COAL chamber filter press
Chamber filter presses use filters to separate the liquid (filtrate) from the sludge and collect the solids (filter cake) in chambers. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump. Then filtrating media(filter cloth) separates solid and liquid in slurry material. When solid in slurry becomes cake shape, air is sent to diaphragm to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirements about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the needs.
It is available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic units incorporating PLC control and automatic cake slagging system. You can easy to use our machine.

Polypropylene plate for filter press

The chamber are formed by combining polypropylene filter plates and frames, this creates chambers of 30mm, plate and frame type filter press are suitable for pre-coating filtration, which in the beverage industry is used for clear filtration.
Filter plate are made of strengthened PP & TEP through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless;
Simple in operation, convenient in maintenance, it adopts hydraulic pressing system, with manual plate shifting method, Air pressing or water pressing can be selected for squeezing filter plate with pressure 1.0~1.6 Mpa, this process is designed for reducing moisture content in cake and increase solid rate by 8%-35%.
